CRAIG MADDISON
Popular right back well known on the Nottingham football scene. Started out at GPT Plessey and when at Hucknall Town was signed by Grimsby Town but failed to make the first team. A spell at Arnold Town followed before signing for Ilkeston in December 1994. Helped The Robins win promotion to the Southern League Premier Division as well as appearing in the 1994/95 Derbyshire Senior Cup Final before departing in December 1995 after scoring Town's first ever goal in the Southern League Premier Division. Went on to play for Arnold Town, Grantham Town, Hucknall Town, Gedling Town and Rolls Royce Leisure before becoming manager of Gedling Miners Welfare. Debut: 10/12/94 v Racing Club Warwick (A). Last appearance: 25/11/95 v Gainsborough Trinity (A). Record: 1994/95 34apps, 1goal; 1995/96 13apps, 2goals. Total: 47apps, 3goals.

PETER MALONE
Attacking midfielder introduced into the team in September 1977 and who performed well in a struggling team throughout the 1977/78 season, scoring 5 goals in 28 appearances.

WAYNE MANNERS
Born Nottingham 24/9/1969. Striker/midfielder once on Halifax Town's books but was best known for serving a number of local non League clubs. Had spells at Stanton Ilkeston and Heanor Town before joining Ilkeston in 1994. Unable to get regular first team football he moved on to Alfreton Town, Sutton Town, Grantham Town and Dunkirk before rejoining Ilkeston in Summer 1999, helping Town win the 1998/99 Derbyshire Senior Cup against Belper Town in pre-season. Left in the new year and went on to play for Gedling Town, Arnold Town and Hinckley United before becoming assistant manager at Dunkirk. Debut: 24/9/94 v Bilston Town (A). Last appearance: 16/11/99 v Stamford (A). Record: 1994/95 1app; 1999/00 3+2subs, 1goal. Total: 4+2subs, 1goal.

ALF MANSHIP
Started out with Alvaston Youth Club before joining West Bromwich Albion as a trainee. Returned to the Derby area with Wilmorton & Alvaston prior to moving to Matlock Town. Spent the 1958/59 at Ilkeston where he was primarily a reserves player although he appeared twice for the first team, away at Shirebrook Miners Welfare on 3/9/58 as a right half, and at home to Belper Town on 31/1/59 at left back. Then returned to Wilmorton & Alvaston and later played for Ashbourne Town.

DAVE MARKHAM
Excellent right back whose career can be seen in greater detail on the Eighties Legends page. Debut: 20/8/88 v Gainsborough Town (H). Last appearance: 11/5/91 v Rocester (A). Record: 1988/89 33apps; 1989/90 45apps; 1990/91 46apps, 1goal. Total: 124apps, 1goal.

CHRIS MARPLES

Born Chesterfield 3/8/1964. Vastly experienced, agile and highly competent goalkeeper signed by Ilkeston in September 1988. A first class cricketer with Derbyshire CCC his football days began with Sutton Town and Goole Town before breaking into League football with Chesterfield (84apps). Then followed spells at Stockport County (57apps), York City (138apps) and Scunthorpe United on loan (1app). Returned to Chesterfield (57apps) and then moved into non League with Emley. Played regularly for The Robins throughout the 1998/99 season but during the 1999/00 season after helping Town win the 1998/99 Derbyshire Senior Cup, to sign for Alfreton Town. Returned to Ilkeston in March 2001 to become joint manager with Charlie Bishop and Ian Helliwell before taking sole charge two months later. RON MARRIOTT
Goalkeeper who made 5 appearances during Town's first ever season and kept a clean sheet on his debut, the first Town goalkeeper not to concede a goal in its brief history. Debut: 3/11/45 v Shelton United (A). Last appearance: 15/12/45 v Butterley Welfare (H).

KEITH MARSDEN
Reserve central defender who made a single appearance away at Mexborough Town Athletic on 11/5/77.

BARRY MARSH

Forward who could operate at outside left or as an inside forward. Started out at Heanor Town whereupon he was picked up by Aston Villa. Failing to make the grade at Villa Park he joined Burton Albion before returning to Heanor. Joined Ilkeston in Summer 1963 he showed himself to be hard working with a powerful shot and began well before an injury in the Autumn led to almost two months out of the team. Upon his return he struggled for form and left in the Summer after scoring 6 goals in 34 appearances, to sign for Belper Town. Then had another spell at Heanor Town and went on to manage Eastwood Town. Debut: 24/8/63 v Lockheed Leamington (H). Last appearance: 1/5/64 v Retford Town (H).

EVERTON MARSH
Born Nottingham 7/1/1963. Experienced, aggressive and wholehearted midfielder who joined Ilkeston in Summer 1993. Formerly with Ruddington, Grantham, Worksop Town, Stafford Rangers and Matlock Town he probably didn't produce his best form during his brief stay. Went on to play for Eastwood Town and Gedling Town where he became joint player manager. Made 6 appearances for Ilkeston. Debut: 4/9/93 v Willenhall Town (H). Last appearance: 2/11/93 v Knypersley Victoria (A).

JACK MARSH
Born Mansfield 8/10/1922. Stocky centre forward who started out with Mansfield Boys Club and played Wartime League football with Notts County (5apps, 5goals). Remained with The Magpies after World War II to begin a decent career in League football. After Notts County (42 apps, 18goals) he played for Coventry City (20apps, 7goals), Leicester City (14apps, 4goals) and Chesterfield (26apps, 4goals) before moving into non League with Worksop Town and Gainsborough Trinity. Joined Ilkeston in Summer 1955 where he became the focal point of a tactic known as 'The Marsh Plan'. Playing as a deep lying centre forward he was difficult to pick up and often instigated moves before arriving late and unmarked to finish them off. Had a terrific first season, scoring two hat-tricks plus 4 against Grantham Reserves, averaging a goal per game, although a thigh injury in February limited his appearances thereafter. Not fully fit and in the twilight of his career he wasn't always an automatic choice during the following season although he did score 4 at home to Potton United and scored Town's goal in the 5-1 home defeat by Blyth Spartans in the FA Cup First Round. Debut: 20/8/55 v Notts County 'A' (H). Last appearance: 30/3/57 v Grantham Reserves (H). Record: 1955/56 30apps, 30goals (1pen); 1956/57 21apps, 17goals. Total: 51apps, 47goals (1pen).
 
KEVIN MARSH
Central defender signed from Heanor Town in 1994. Unable to establish himself in the first team he left and went on to play for a number of local sides including Eastwood Town, Kimberley Town, Arnold Town and Heanor Town before becoming player manager at Dunkirk. Made 3 appearances in total including one as substitute. Debut: 13/9/94 v Lancaster City (A). Last appearance: 24/9/94 v Bilston Town (A).

WALTER MARSH
Born Scotland c1928. Inside forward who played Wartime League football with Mansfield Town (11apps, 1goal). Also had spells at Celtic, Barnsley, Notts County and Boots Athletic before making a single appearance away at Teversal & Silverhill Colliery on 25/3/50. Later appeared for Stanton Ironworks and Awsworth Villa.

PAUL MARSHALL
Striker introduced from the reserves in late 1977 who failed to find the target in any of his 15 appearances. Left at the end of the 1977/78 season and joined Long Eaton United.

MARSHALL
Unknown Christian name. Left back who played in Town's first ever game at Chilwell Garrison on 25/8/45 but never played again.

MARVIN MARSTON
Defender previously at Sheffield United and Notts County who joined Ilkeston in Summer 1996 and made 2 substitute appearances, on 31/8/96 at home to Solihull Borough, and on 14/9/96 at Atherton Laburnum Rovers. Later clubs included Hucknall Town, Hinckley United, VS Rugby and Rugby Town before he took on a coaching role at Notts County.

FRED MARTIN
Born Nottingham 14/4/1925. Former Nottingham Boys player who moved from Sutton Town to Ipswich Town before joining Ilkeston in early 1949. He impressed on the left wing and was a member of Town's 1948/49 Derbyshire Senior Cup Final team but left in the Summer to return to Sutton Town. Was then picked up by Blackburn Rovers before breaking into League football with Accrington Stanley (64apps) where he developed into an excellent wing half. Returned into non League football with Skegness Town, Grantham and Brush Sports before rejoining Ilkeston in January 1958. Despite performing particularly well in a brief stay he wasn't certain of a first team place and he soon left for Arnold St Marys. Debut: 26/2/49 v Heanor Athletic (A). Last appearance: 14/4/58 v Mansfield Town 'A' (A). Record: 1948/49 13apps, 4goals; 1957/58 5apps. Total: 18apps, 4goals.

MARTIN
Unknown Christian name. Half back who appeared in Town's first two matches, away at Chilwell Garrison on 25/8/45 and at home to Rolls Royce on 1/9/45, but never played again.

JOHN MASON
Centre forward signed from Ironville Amateurs who made a single appearance away at Loughborough United on 8/3/69.

SELWYN MASON
Former Bentinck Welfare and Mansfield Town goalkeeper who deputised for Joe Sharman who was away on National Service at the start of the 1953/54 season but lost his place upon Sharman's return. Made 7 appearances. Debut: 22/8/53 v Notts County 'A' (H). Last appearance: 19/9/53 v Ransome & Marles (H).

NATHAN MATHERS
Reserves defender who made a couple of appearances in county cup ties in 2005/06, in the home games against Blackwell Miners Welfare and Shirebrook Town on 11/10/05 and 22/11/05 respectively.

DICK MATTHEWS

Reserves goalkeeper who played twice, at home to Notts County 'A' on 16/3/57 and away at Anstey Nomads on 25/10/58. A spell at Long Eaton United was sandwiched between these two appearances.

TREVOR MATTHEWSON
Born Sheffield 12/2/1963. Veteran central defender who joined Ilkeston in Summer 1998 but whose best days were behind him and he lacked pace. Started out with Sheffield Wednesday (3apps) before moving on to Newport County (75apps), Stockport County (80apps), Lincoln City (43apps, 2goals), Birmingham City (168apps, 12goals), Preston North End (12apps, 1goal) and Bury (34apps). Moved into non League with Witton Albion until a return to League football with Hereford United (35apps, 2goals) came his way. Made just 5 appearances for The Robins during which 18 goals were conceded and soon left for Matlock Town and Gresley Rovers. Debut: 31/8/98 v Boston United (H). Last appearance: 10/11/98 v Grantham Town (A).

KEITH MAXWELL
Well known forward on the East Midlands football scene. Played for Heanor Town, Sutton Town and Eastwood Town and played Sunday football for Courtlands. Joined Ilkeston in Autumn 1989 and made 14 appearances, including two as substitute, scoring 3 goals. Future clubs included Heanor Town, Shirebrook Town and Oakham United. Debut: 18/11/89 v Stanton (A). Last appearance: 24/2/90 v Priory (A).

DON MAYES

Reserve inside left formerly with Derby County. Made 2 appearances in 1953/54, in the away games at Heanor Athletic and Belper Town on 26/12/53 and 10/4/54 respectively.

DAVID MEAD
Striker signed from Gresley Rovers who made a single appearance as substitute away at Bilston Town on 24/9/94. Later played for Long Eaton United.

E MEAKIN

Christian name possibly Ernest. Central defender who joined Ilkeston in October 1945 and was soon handed the captaincy. Produced some sterling performances and scored the penalty that took the 1945/46 Derbyshire Senior Cup Final into extra time but eventual defeat at Buxton. The arrival of Ken Rigley in Summer 1946 led to him losing his place in the team, however. Debut: 20/10/45 v Ollerton Colliery Reserves (H). Last appearance: 31/8/46 v Grantham Reserves (H). ROBIN MELBOURNE
Born c1950. Young left sided forward previously on Mansfield Town's books. Made 2 appearances in 1967/68, at Alfreton Town on 11/11/67 and at home to Matlock Town a week later. Went on to play for Long Eaton United.

Reserve goalkeeper signed from Arnold who was handed a few opportunities in the second half of the 1966/67 season, making 7 appearances in total. Debut: 11/2/67 v Scarborough (H). Last appearance: 6/5/67 v Loughborough United (H).

JUNIOR MENDES
Born Balham 15/9/1976. Experienced, much travelled, quick and skilful striker who was signed in an emegency in November 2009 and made a single appearance, away at Cambridge United in the FA Cup First Round on 7/11/09. Started out with Chelsea before moving North of the border to play Scottish League football with St Mirren (120apps, 21goals) during which time he had a loan spell with Carlisle United (6apps, 1goal). Was then transferred to Dunfermline Athletic (13apps) before returning to St Mirren (17apps, 6goals). Then moved into League football with Mansfield Town (57apps, 13goals) and Huddersfield Town (30apps, 6goals) from where he went on loan to Northampton Town (12apps, 4goals). Was then signed by Grimsby Town (15apps), Notts County (37apps, 5goals), Lincoln City (9apps) and Aldershot Town (6apps) where he had a loan spell with then non League club Stevenage Borough. After leaving Ilkeston he moved back to Scotland to play for Ayr United (21apps). One of a select band of Ilkeston players to have played international football, scoring once in two appearances for Montserrat.

LEON METTAM
Born Lincoln 9/12/1986. Young striker signed on loan from Lincoln City (5apps, 1goal) in February 2006. Made 3 substitute appearances for Ilkeston. Later left Lincoln City and has gone on to score goals regularly for Stamford, Corby Town and Gainsborough Trinity. Debut: 18/2/06 v Farsley Celtic (A). Last appearance: 4/3/06 v Ashton United (H).

SCOTT MIDDLEMASS
Born Worksop 17/5/1972. Central defender previously with Carlisle United, Preston North End, Morecambe and Northampton Town although he never played League football. Joined Ilkeston in November 1995 and made 6 appearances but was never on the winning side. Later clubs included Macclesfield Town, Chorley and Scarborough. Debut: 2/12/95 v Sudbury United (A). Last appearance: 6/1/96 v Cambridge City (H).

GARY MIDDLETON
Hard tackling defender who was a terrific servant to Ilkeston in the late 1990s and whose career can be seen in more detail on the Nineties Legends page. EDDIE MIGHTEN
Highly rated attacking midfield player signed from Shepshed Charterhouse in January 1985. Released from the club later in the year after failing to attend training following his being left out of the team. Returned to the newly named Shepshed Albion. Debut: 26/1/85 v Boston (H). Last appearance: 4/9/85 v VS Rugby (A). Record: 1984/85 17apps, 2goals; 1985/86 5apps. Total: 22apps, 2goals.

CAMERON MILES

Born Scotland 11/10/1967. Very tall and much maligned goalkeeper capable of making fine saves but prone to making serious errors on occasions. Previously with Peterborough United, Grantham and Alfreton Town before joining Ilkeston for the first of two spells in Summer 1989. Left after two seasons before returning in Summer 1994 from Heanor Town. Played frequently in place of crowd favourite Alan Rigby during the 1994/95 season as The Robins won promotion to the Southern League Premier Division and played in the famous 7-1 victory over Tamworth when promotion was secured. Left in Summer 1995 and went on to play for Worksop Town, Boots Athletic, Southwell City, Kings Lynn and Radcliffe Olympic. Debut: 9/9/89 v Bradford Park Avenue (A). Last appearance: 6/5/95 v Hinckley Town (A). Record: 1989/90 40apps; 1990/91 44apps; 1994/95 40apps. Total: 124apps.

KEVIN MILHALY

Local goalkeeper who had played for Three Horseshoes. Played occasionally towards the end of the 1982/83 season and after a spell at Kimberley Town rejoined the club to take over from Scott Barrett who had moved into League football. Returned to Kimberley for the 1985/86 season and went on to play for Alfreton Town as well as playing Sunday football for Middleton. Debut: 18/4/83 v Shepshed Charterhouse (A). BARRY MILLER
Born Greenford 29/3/1976. Experienced central defender who played for Farnborough Town before being picked up by Gillingham (4apps). Went on to play for a number of clubs including Wokingham Town, Doncaster Rovers, Gainsborough Trinity, Hucknall Town, Leigh RMI, Burton Albion and Worksop Town before joining Ilkeston in March 2006. GRAHAM MILLINGTON
Much travelled prolific marksman who played for Clay Cross Works, Belper Town, Alfreton Town, Sutton Town, Eastwood Town and Leek Town prior to joining Ilkeston in Summer 1990. Didn't quite hit the heights expected of him during a brief stay and left in November 1990 in a part exchange deal involving Dave King and Sutton Town. Went on to play for Alfreton Town, Heanor Town and Oakham United. Scored 4 goals in 11 appearances for Ilkeston. Debut: 18/8/90 v Oldswinford (H). Last appearance: 13/10/90 v Newhall United (H).

TYRONE MINTUS
Born Leicester 6/9/1972. Central defender signed in February 1997 having previously appeared for Corby Town, Leicester United, Hednesford Town, VS Rugby and Racing Club Warwick. Made just 3 appearances, all away from home against clubs close tohis home base. Went on to play for Shepshed Dynamo, Stafford Rangers, Corby Town and Oadby Town. Debut: 11/2/97 v Racing Club Warwick (A). Last appearance: 22/2/97 v Moor Green (A).

AARON MITCHELL
Very tall Nottingham Forest young central defender who joined Ilkeston on loan for two months in October 2009 but spent most of his time at right back. Didn't let the club down and has since left Forest for Hucknall Town before joining Tamworth. Made 9 appearances for The Robins. Debut: 31/10/09 v Blyth Spartans (A). J MITCHELL

JEZ MITCHELL
Born Chesterfield 5/10/1984. Former Sheffield United, Chesterfield, Alfreton Town, Matlock Town, Brigg Town and Glapwell forward who made 5 substitute appearances, scoring once, in 2008/09 following his close season arrival. Has since played for Buxton and Sheffield after failing to establish himself in the first team. Debut: 19/8/08 v Buxton (A). Last appearance: 4/10/08 v Guiseley (H).

JIM MITCHELL

Born Ilkeston 1/7/1937. Young goalkeeper signed from Horsley Woodhouse Miners Welfare in 1954, he became understudy to Joe Sharman firstly and then Dennis Knibbs. Recognising his potential Derby County (6apps) signed him in 1958 but unable to claim a regular first team place he rejoined Ilkeston in Summer 1961. Capable of making brilliant saves but also prone to errors of judgement, especially when dealing with crosses, he appeared regularly until the start of the 1963/64 season. Signed for Matlock Town in Summer 1964. Debut: 26/12/54 v Heanor Athletic (H). Last appearance: 16/4/64 v Lockheed Leamington (A). Born Stoke 14/9/1973. Forward/midfielder previously with Port Vale, Southport, Macclesfield Town, Droylsden, Nuneaton Borough, Northwich Victoria, Kidsgrove Athletic, Stafford Rangers and Hinckley United. Joined Ilkeston in September 2002 but struggled to make much of an impact in a struggling team, and left later in the year scoring twice in 11 appearances including 4 as substitute. Returned to Hinckley United and later became assistant player manager at Alsager Town. Debut: 21/9/02 v Welling United (A). Last appearance: 26/11/02 v Shepshed Dynamo (A).

JOHN MOORE

Born Carlton 1/2/1943. Forward who entered League football with Lincoln City (30apps, 5goals) from Arnold St Marys. Rejoined Arnold before signing for Ilkeston in Summer 1968. Made 3 appearances at the start of the 1968/69 season but made little impact despite scoring in his final game. Debut: 24/8/69 v Alfreton Town (A). Last appearance: 31/8/68 v Arnold (H).

MICK MOORE
Reserves goalkeeper who became understudy to Dick Foulkes and made 2 appearances in 1974/75, away at Glossop on 15/3/75 and at home to Retford Town on 21/4/75.

RON MOORE
Local left back who joined Ilkeston in October 1945 and who was a virtual ever present over the following twelve months. After losing his place in the side went on to appear for Rutland United and Granby. Possibly a relation of Jack Moore, he appeared in the 1945/46 Derbyshire Senior Cup Final. Debut: 3/11/45 v Shelton United (A). Last appearance: 9/11/46 v New Houghton Villa (H).

GEOFF MORLEY
Young, clever inside left formerly with Nottingham Forest and Grantham. Did well following his introduction to the team in February 1959 but his days as a first team regular became numbered when Town signed Dennis Alexander in the Summer. This led to his departure later in the year to Long Eaton United. Debut: 28/2/59 v Creswell Colliery (A). Last appearance: 31/10/59 v Matlock Town (H). BILLY MORRIS

Born Radcliffe 1/4/1931. Younger brother of Manchester United, Derby County, Leicester City and England forward John. Started out with Bury before moving on to Derby County but made his League debut with Rochdale (4apps, 1goal). Had a spell with Dover before making a single appearance at inside left for Ilkeston away at Rushden Town on 25/8/56.

DAVE MORRIS

Born c1963. Nicknamed 'Moggy'. Experienced left back formerly with Ashfield United who joined Ilkeston in March 1993. A wholehearted performer he won a Derbyshire Senior Cup Final winners medal within weeks of his arrival before helping the club win the West Midlands Regional League and Cup double in 1993/94. Played frequently during the first half of the 1994/95 season, Town's first in the Southern League Midland Division, but his lack of pace found him out at the higher level and he lost his place to Mark Pennant. Went on to play for Hucknall Town. Debut: 27/3/93 v Alvechurch (A). Last appearance: 21/3/95 v Sutton Coldfield Town (H). Record: 1992/93 12+1sub, 1goal; 1993/94 39+1sub, 1goal; 1994/95 30+1sub. Total: 81+3subs, 2goals.

IAN MUIR (1)

Born c1942. Goalkeeper who moved from Heanor Town to Derby County and then Barnsley. Joined Ilkeston in Summer 1964 and made 9 appearances at the start of the 1964/65 season but had a torrid time, conceding 22 goals and lost his place to the more experienced Bob Wyllie. IAN MUIR (2)
Scottish forward signed initially from Clifton All Whites in early 1975. Failed to make much of an impact to begin with in a team struggling for goals and found himself out of the team during the first few months of the 1975/76 season. Began to score frequently when reintroduced to the first team and was particularly cool in one on one situations. Left in Summer 1976 and had a spell with Long Eaton United. Returned to Ilkeston briefly in 1981. Debut: 15/3/75 v Glossop (A). Last appearance: 31/10/81 v Shepshed Charterhouse (A). Record: 1974/75 8apps; 1975/76 17+1sub, 9goals; 1981/82 6+1sub, 3goals. Total: 31+2subs, 12goals.

IAN MULHOLLAND
Former Derby County trainee ouside left who joined Ilkeston in September 1987 who scored on his debut and made 16 appearances in 1987/88, scoring 4 goals in total. Debut: 3/10/87 v Hinckley (H). Last appearance: 27/2/88 v Borrowash Victoria (H).

ADAM MULLER
Popular and instinctive striker whose career can be viewed in more detail on the Noughties Legends page. Record: 2005/06 17apps, 7goals; 2006/07 48+2subs, 28goals; 2007/08 43apps, 15goals. Total: 108+2subs, 50goals.

RICHARD MUNDAY

Central defender previously with Rushall Olympic, Tamworth, Solihull Borough and Loughborough Dynamo before briefly joining Ilkeston in March 2007. Made 7 appearances for Ilkeston including 3 as substitute, one of which was in the 2006/07 Derbyshire Senior Cup Final. Later played for Stratford Town, Romulus and Redditch United. Debut: 17/3/07 v Witton Albion (A). Last appearance: 21/4/07 v Fleetwood Town (A). 

ASHLEY MURDOCK

Young midfielder who progressed into the first team during Ilkeston's 2002/03 relegation season from the Southern League Premier Division when he made 8 starts and 7 substitute appearances. Wasn't considered to be a long term prospect and left for Gedling Town. Has since played for Rainworth Miners Welfare and Basford United. Debut: 14/12/02 v Cambridge City (A). Last appearance: 3/5/03 v Havant & Waterlooville (A).

MURPHY
Unknown Christian name. Right back who made 3 appearances midway through the 1946/47 season. Debut: 26/12/46 v Heanor Athletic (A). Last appearance: 4/1/47 v Stanton Ironworks (H).

KIERAN MURPHY

Born Kingston 31/12/1987. Former Republic of Ireland under 21 international who won 3 caps and scored 1 goal. Dominant central defender and superb in the air. Made 3 League appearances at first club MK Dons where he had loan spells at Aylesbury United, Maidenhead United, Hendon, Walton & Hersham and Crawley Town. Joined Ilkeston in Summer 2008 and had a magnificent first year at the club, picking up two seperate player of the year awards as he helped the club win promotion to the Blue Square North as well as collecting a Unibond League Cup runners up medal. Became capatain for the 2009/10 season which was disrupted in October 2009 when he fractured his skull, leading to a three month absence from the team. Showed his versatility by playing mostly at right back and it was his desire to move back into a more central role that led to his decision to leave the club and sign for Boston United in May 2010. Debut: 16/8/08 v Kendal Town (H). Last appearance: 24/4/10 v Gloucester City (A). Record: 2008/09 55apps, 2goals; 2009/10 28apps. Total: 83apps, 2goals. 

MARTIN MURRAY
Born Sheffield 27/3/1982. Midfielder who joined Ilkeston in Summer 2006 having previously played for Oakham United, Ashfield United and Hallam. Made 8 appearances, including 5 as substitute, early in the 2006/07 season before moving on to Glapwell. Debut: 9/9/06 v Kendal Town (A). Last appearance: 14/10/06 v Gateshead (A).

KEITH MYCROFT
Reserves player who made a single appearance as substitute at home to Belper Town on 7/2/70.

KYLE MYERS
Young reserves striker who made two appearances, as a substitute at home to Heanor Athletic on 16/12/03 and away at Spalding United on 26/10/04.

PETER MYERS
Midfielder previously with Halifax Town, Frickley Athletic, Goole and Matlock Town who made a single appearance away at Rugby United on 28/10/03.
